Cruditès & XO Dip

Ingredients

  • 350g Crème fraiche (38% fat)
    OR
  • 0% Greek Yogurt
  • Chives
  • Black Pepper
  • XO Sauce™ 

Method

  • Add the crème fraiche to a small mixing bowl. Cut the chives finely and add to the crème fraiche OR greek yogurt together and freshly ground black pepper. Mix to combine. Add a generous spoon of XO Sauce on top to finish. 
  • Serve the XO Dip with blanched or fresh vegetables, on top of baked potatoes or leeks, or simply drizzle over your favorite grilled vegetables.
