The Maison XO project was borne out of a desire to share our love of Cantonese cooking and culture.
Five years ago, we began making and delivering XO sauce on Christmas Eve as a way to show gratitude and reconnect with old friends and family. The overwhelming joy we felt from giving inspired us to pursue a mission of creating and sharing delicious food.
In 2019, we were named a Airbnb Top 100 Chef and selected to incubate Maison XO with none other than David Chang of Momofuku.
